We Ship Internationally currently ship only in Canada with Canada Post and PUROLATOR. Shipping fees vary by the weight of the expedition. Vary between 2$ to 16.95$ in Canada. Shipping fees may vary per regions.

Orders placed before 1pm PST are typically shipped out the same business day. Any orders placed after 1pm PST will be shipped the following business day (this includes orders with expedited shipping). Each order is subject to product availability. Customer Service will reach out via email in the event that any item(s) are unavailable. Once the package has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information.

Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays, and we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses. Signature upon delivery is not required. Please contact PUROLATOR or Customer Service if you would like to add a required signature to your delivery.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it back to BOMALiNE within 30 days of your purchase date. BOMALiNE covers any malfunctions or defects in material or workmanship under a 30 days warranty period from the original purchased date.

We are unable to process returns for products that have been altered. washed or have had pins and patches glues on. All items returned must be in new and unused condition with sanitary strips in place. They must also be repackaged in its original packaging with all tags attached.

RETURN METHODS

1. Using our pre-paid shipping label to return:

To obtain your return shipping label, please email us at shop@bomaline.com with a short description, invoice number and your contact info, our sales rep will reply your email with the label attached. Make sure you repack the merchandise securely and place the pre-paid shipping label on the outside of your package. Note that charge on the pre-paid shipping label will be deducted from your refund amount. (The average amount is $9.00 /package, may vary by the region.)

2. Using your own shipping method:

You may send the items back to the address below using any other insured shipping method with a tracking #. We do not accept COD returns.

AFTER RETURN ITEMS ARE RECEIVED

Your return confirmation will be sent to you via email as soon as your return has been processed.

Please allow 7 business days from the date we receive your returned merchandise for your full refund. BOMALiNE reserves the right to refuse a refund/return if the items have any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. The customer will be responsible for cost of return shipment if the return is refused.

If you want to exchange an item, please follow the above steps to return the unwanted item for a full refund and then make a new purchase for the desired item(s).
